I have officially sent out the first mass email to get this thing going. I have also decided that after a brief jaunt back to Spokane to say goodbye to my family I will be leaving precisely a week from today on the first day of July. So a week from now will be my last night in Bellingham (because my first day I'm only going to ride to Blaine and back). This town has been so good to me. I really am going to miss it a lot, from the sound of the train, to the 9 months of rain. The City of Subdued Excitement has been more of home to me than any other place I have lived. Now I am being nomadic searching for my new utopia or maybe just the dream that is American West. All the same I totally stoked for this adventure and can't really even put it into words on this blog the feeling of anticipation that is welling up inside me. Thanks everyone for all your support and tell your friends about this. Until next time, I think I'm going to go for a bike ride...
